Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

I will gladly accept cancellations for un-shipped items, regardless of reason, total amount of sale that needs to be refunded will incur the shopify 2.9% + $0.30 charge per transaction.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent instead of what was ordered.

Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
