Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Processing time- The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times- North America: 3-5 days (Due to the situation with Covid-19, there may be shipping delays at times. I have no control of delays due to shipping courier reasons.)  Know that I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.  Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

MISSING PACKAGES/ORDERS:

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS and other courier transfers to the buyer.  We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.  We are not responsible for missing packages, delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping courier.  We will provide you a proof of delivery, but missing packages and other issues must be brought to the attention of the courier company.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA/HAWAII:

This will incur additional shipping costs.  Please contact us if you plan to ship to these states.
